Troop 8235 makes stockings for Operation Stuff-a-Stocking

Brownie Troop 8235 put together stockings for the Operation Stuff-A-Stocking project. After watching the video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nu-kyJrPy3Q the girls were really inspired to help Sammy Lizarraga, a Rancho Bernardo High School Sophomore. Through her efforts, hopefully 1000 military personal serving in the Middle East will be receiving stockings filled with much needed and appreciated gifts. The girls had a great time putting the items into the stockings knowing Sammy's brother and other service personnel would receive a little bit of home during the holidays.
